You will work in an international development team with the project manager, developers and integrators.

You will lead all project management and product lifecycle tasks :

• Analysis of the customer’s needs
• You will analyse and identify the different phases of the project to be carried out. Will participate in the business evaluation.
• As part of project preparation, you will assess risks, control deadlines and costs, refine specifications, produce interface mock-ups.
• You are the project champion and the client’s main contact, so you lead meetings with the business teams in order to refine requests and take responsibility for planning and quality.
• Project implementation
• After the setting phase, you will monitor the development of the project on a daily basis in agile mode, and test the software solutions and their functionalities.
• You will carry out a weekly assessment of the taken actions, risks and opportunities.
• You will organise and support the post-launch monitoring
• Functional validation and acceptance with setting up, monitoring and steering the QA plan

• Consulting and MOA in digital transformation

• framing of needs, analysis of market solutions and integration plans 
  

You will be assigned to work on one or more projects simultaneously, depending on your skills.

Higher education in software engineering.

The skills that will make you indispensable

• Agile project management methods 
• Knowledge of msproject, jira, redmine or similar
• Experience in development and analysis, ideally in Symfony, Express and Angular, React frameworks
• A minimum of UX/UI experience with at least some knowledge of dedicated methodologies
• Knowledge of network computer science and technical web architectures
• Knowledge of web marketing: acquisition, emailing, social networks, adwords and analytics

Languages – a good knowledge of English is essential

Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe de développement internationale en collaboration avec le directeur de projet, les développeurs et les intégrateurs.

Vous animez toutes les tâches de gestion de projet et du cycle de vie des produits :

• Analyse des besoins du client
• Vous analysez et identifiez les différentes phases du projet à réaliser. Participer au chiffrage des affaires.
• Dans le cadre de la préparation du projet, vous évaluez les risques, maîtrisez les délais et les coûts, affinez les spécifications, réalisées des maquettes d’interfaces.
• Vous êtes le champion du projet et l’interlocuteur principal du client, ainsi vous animez les réunions avec les équipes métiers de manière à affiner les demandes et endossez la responsabilité du planning et de la qualité.
• Mises en œuvre du projet
• Après la phase de cadrage, vous suivez quotidiennement le développement du projet en mode agile, procédez aux tests des solutions logicielles et de leurs fonctionnalités.
• Vous réalisez un bilan hebdomadaire présentant une évaluation des actions réalisées, des risques et des opportunités.
• Vous organisez et supportez le monitoring post-launch
• Recette et validation fonctionnelle avec la mise en place, le suivi et le pilotage du plan de QA

Vous serez amené(e), en fonction de vos compétences, à travailler sur un ou plusieurs projets simultanément.

Formation supérieure en génie logiciel.

Les compétences qui vous rendront indispensable

• Méthodes agiles de suivi de projets
• Connaissance de msproject, jira, redmine ou similaire
• Une expérience dans le développement et l’analyse, idéalement sur des stacks Symfony, Express et frameworks Angular, React
• Une sensibilité UX/UI à minima avec à minima une connaissances de méthodologies dédiées
• Des connaissances en informatique réseau et architectures techniques Web
• Des connaissances en Webmarketing : acquisitions, emailing, réseaux sociaux, adwords et analytics

Langues – un niveau correct en anglais est indispensable
